Who we are

These terms govern your use of kryptonenergylabs.com (the "site") and any purchase you make from us. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Krypton Energy Labs. "You" refers to the person using the site or placing the order.

Products and information

We do our best to describe every product accurately — dosages, ingredients, certificates of analysis. Product images are representative; minor packaging variations may occur between batches without notice. Krypton products are food supplements; they are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on prescription medication, or have a medical condition, consult your doctor before starting any supplement.

Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy at the price shown. We confirm the order by email; at that point a contract is formed between us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock that has sold out faster than our system updated — and we will refund you in full if we do.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in your selected currency, including VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment partners (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal). We do not see or store your full card details.

Discount codes are single-use unless stated otherwise and cannot be combined.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Detailed shipping zones, times, and return procedures are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. In summary: free EU shipping over 500 DKK, 30-day satisfaction guarantee with no return shipping required, refunds processed within two business days.

Account responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

Intellectual property

All text, design, photography, logos, and brand assets on this site are owned by Krypton Energy Labs or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. We do encourage linking to our pages and quoting short passages for editorial or educational purposes.

User-generated content

If you post a review, comment, or other content on the site, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use it in our marketing and on our site, with appropriate attribution where possible. You confirm that the content is yours and does not infringe on anyone else's rights.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, infringe on anyone else's rights, distribute malware, scrape data at scale, or attempt to compromise our security. We may suspend or block access if we detect this kind of activity.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, where this is prohibited by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer in the EU.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Krypton Energy Labs is registered, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that country, again without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings in your local court as a consumer.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
