How fast your order arrives, what it costs to ship, and what to do if anything is not right when it arrives. Honest answers, no fine-print surprises.
We ship from our European facility every business day. Most EU orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Every order is tracked. Returns are simple — and you do not need to ship anything back.
Where we ship
We ship to all 27 EU countries plus the UK, Norway, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, Australia, and 18 other markets — 30+ destinations in total. Some countries have specific food-supplement import rules; in rare cases an order can be held by customs. If that happens we will reach out and help resolve it, or refund you in full.
Shipping cost
- 01EU orders over 500 DKK — free standard shipping.
- 02EU orders under 500 DKK — flat-rate standard shipping calculated at checkout (usually 49–79 DKK depending on destination).
- 03UK, Norway, Switzerland — flat-rate international shipping calculated at checkout.
- 04Outside Europe — international tracked shipping calculated at checkout, often eligible for a flat rate over 1 000 DKK.
Delivery time
- 01Nordic countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland) — 2–3 business days.
- 02Western and Central EU — 3–5 business days.
- 03Southern and Eastern EU — 4–7 business days.
- 04UK, Switzerland — 4–7 business days.
- 05Outside Europe — 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs.
Orders placed before 13:00 CET on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 CET, or on weekends and public holidays, ship the next business day.
Customs, duties, and VAT
EU orders ship duty-paid — the price you see at checkout is the final price, no customs surprises. Outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duty, local VAT, or a customs handling fee. These are set by your country, not by us, and they are payable on arrival. If you are unsure, please check with your local customs authority before ordering.
Tracking your order
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the order leaves our warehouse — usually within one business day of placing the order. The link in that email follows the package all the way to your door. If you do not receive a tracking email within 48 hours, please check your spam folder, then write to us.
Damaged or lost packages
If the package arrives damaged, take a photo before opening it and email us. We will send a replacement the same business day at no charge — you do not need to ship the damaged one back. If a package is marked delivered but you have not received it, give it 48 hours (it sometimes turns up at a neighbour or a parcel locker), then write to us and we will open a trace with the carrier.
30-day satisfaction guarantee
If a product is not right for you, write to us within 30 days of receiving it. We will refund the order. You do not need to ship the product back.
No questions, no return-shipping label, no restocking fee. Email contact@kryptonenergylabs.com with your order number and the product you want refunded. We process refunds within two business days to the original payment method. We would rather lose a sale than keep a customer who is not getting value from our products.
Returns of unopened products
For unopened, unused products in their original packaging, you have the standard EU 14-day right of withdrawal in addition to our 30-day guarantee. If you would like to physically return an unopened item, write to us and we will send a prepaid return label. Refunds for returns are processed within two business days of the carrier scanning the package as collected.
Subscriptions
If you are on a subscription, you can pause, skip, or cancel any time from your account — no email or phone call required. Changes made before the next billing date take effect immediately; changes made after a charge applies to the following cycle.
